Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Pixo Repair website (pixorepair.be) and repair services provided by Pixo Repair, Roeselare 8800, Belgium.

2. Services

Pixo Repair provides device repair services including but not limited to: screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, water damage recovery, data recovery, and general hardware/software troubleshooting for phones, tablets, and laptops.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• A repair is only initiated after explicit customer approval of the quoted price.
• If during repair additional issues are found, we will contact you before proceeding with extra work.
• Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Warranty

• All repairs carry a warranty on parts and labor.
• Standard warranty period: 3 months from the date of repair.
• Warranty does not cover: new physical damage, water damage after repair, unauthorized third-party modifications, or software issues unrelated to the repair.

5. Liability

• Pixo Repair is not liable for data loss during repair. We recommend backing up your device before bringing it in.
• Our total liability is limited to the repair cost paid.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Uncollected Devices

Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion (after notification) may be disposed of or recycled. We will attempt to contact you at least 3 times before taking this step.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of Pixo Repair and protected by Belgian and international copyright law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium. For consumers: mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
